During the mid-1970s, the builder Wimpey constructed homes in the Convent Glen neighbourhood of Orleans. Streets that the detached houses can be found on are Bonaventure Terrace, St Moritz Court and St-Jérôme Crescent. Their semi-detached models were built on Stoneboat Crescent, and the townhomes were built on Axminster Court.
